Causes: Disabilities, Homeless & Housing, Independent Housing for People with Disabilities, Low-Income & Subsidized Rental Housing, Mental Health, Mental Health & Crisis Intervention, Mental Health Disorders
Mission: We develop and manage affordable permanent supportive housing and provide services to people experiencing mental illness, addiction, trauma-related issues or homelessness. We create homes that provide residents with the support, stability and community connections they need to live and thrive.
Results: Nearly 10,000 households served since 1987 More than 1,400 apartments at more than 160 sites in Franklin County 97% of residents maintain housing stability
