Mission: Community fund management foundation, inc. Is a non-profit organization created to develop and make available trust vehicles, education, and related services that help enable individuals with disabilities to use private funds to enhance their quality of life while attempting to safeguard their eligibility for governmental benefits.
Programs: Community fund management foundation (the foundation) establishes and administers several types of trusts, education programs and related services for ohio residents with disabilities. During the year ended december 31, 2017, a total of 402 new trusts were established for clients. As of december 31, 2017, the foundation had set up and was administering a total of 2,530 trusts for clients.
cfmf provides grants to individuals and nonprofit organizations. Cfmf offers two types of grants for individuals: the hardship/emergent needs grants are for those who seek relief from a hardship or assistance with an emergent need. The educational / assistance grant is for individuals who wish to apply for the cost of tuition and/or travel expenses to attend an educational program, including but not limited to, a seminar, school, or continuing education program. Grants for nonprofit organizations are offered to organizations that provide direct services or improve access to services for people with disabilities.
