I have had experience with community concepts and they dont have enough parking nor safe parking as it resides in the middle of a 4 way area in market square of south paris me. This woman at the front table helped me make Christmas possible for my child in a time of struggle and need. These people whom may not have a huge check to go home with at night, help others whom are finding it hard to get heat, gifts for christmas, housing for elderly and low income families. They even help couples together whom make a low pay grade, build there own home. They build there own home and there neighbors whom you help, help you. This is all possible because of the members of community concepts. They are hero's in my opinion. Lets give back. Without them many people would have alot of sadness and maybe no place to call home. I am greatful for what these members do.

This agency is funded mostly by the feds and State of Maine. Unfortunately, their executives are very overpaid - especially when compared to the front line workers who make peanuts. The administration has been in total disarray since the CEO of 30 years left. Lots of infighting and an unwillingness to bring in new blood to help direct the organization in a shrinking govt funding situation.
