Programs: Intern services internsource represents various contracts with state, county, and federal agencies under which the foundation recruits student interns from all accredited california colleges for hiring by government agencies, based on each students field of study. The foundation processes payroll and charges an overhead for its services.

youth services resource family approval training (rfa) workshops support achieving permanent and safe homes for children in foster care by providing support to foster/adoptive families from the childrens communities. Rfa is currently serving los angeles county. Rfa emphasizes teamwork between resource families, birth families and others involved to create a solution that takes into consideration the unique needs of each child. The program consists of a training series (workshops) for potential foster and adoptive parents provided by a team of facilitators. It supports maintaining the family and community connections essential to the childs successful return home. Individualized transitional skills program (itsp) was developed to enhance daily life skills and promote self-sufficiency of the youth and as part of assembly bill 12. The program began in january 2014 with service provided to eligible transitional age youth (tay) across los angeles county. It is designed as a two-year, voluntary program for enrolled tay and offers individualized, one-on-one services, primarily conducted in the home. Itsp will serve 900 transition-age youth (ages 16-20), who are eligible. Qualified youth are matched to a transition development specialist (tds) who serves as their mentor and administers a life skills assessment to initiate services and determine progress. Tds meets with the youth twice per month and may host group activities to promote socialization and meet itsp goals.

technology programs community connect is the foundations ebus program that brings computing technology to under-served communities. The foundation has filed patents for its ebus and satellite capacity, and receives funding through sponsorships.
