Langley Client Served

I am not quite sure about CAPs. The employment placement specialists are seem to help some clients more than others. I feel like I am "warehoused", where I just add to the body-count for funding, and that I am given just enough attention to use the services/internet for another month. Also I expected a higher level of guidance and professionalism, and that the employment placement specialists had access to wider pool of employers. Most clients know about applying to Target, CVS, Walgreens, Home Depot, Lowes and Starbucks, etc. Clients were told to apply for these type of jobs without having a direct link to a specific person at the company/job location. The CAPs job training and placement services are so needed in the community. I just think the services provided shortchange their clients.
