Community Action Services is a great organization that goes above and beyond for those who they are helping. I have gotten to witness the very personal care and help they provide for the homeless community in our city.

I've been homeless and until the CAS guys started coming to the park, no one in this city cared about us or our problems. No one cared or even treated us like humans. Some of us don't like our situation anymore that you do. My man Jamie has been helping a lot of us out with tents, food, heaters and clothes. Jamie and his guys come visit every week and asks what we need and I don't know how but he always finds a way to get us what we need. He's a good dude and isn't just helping to look good or because he needs to look like he cares to get reelected. I just want to say thank you. D

It has been an honor to advise and assist this organization from its inception. I've watched it grow from an idea into a strong team willing to do the work no one else wants to do solely to create a better stronger more equitable community. This is a group of real go getters who should be the example for anyone one person or group wanting to make a difference and willing to take action! If you're looking for a job or volunteer opportunity with a non profit that focuses on it's mission above all else, this is the one to contact!

I have known and worked with Jamie for over a year now. You will not find another leader or organization that is more honorable, steadfast, and compassionate. Jamie and his team go above and beyond to serve the needs of the community. Tracy/San Joaquin is lucky to have them and someone like Jamie leading the helm.

Having worked with different community organizations for many years, I've noticed most are referral organizations. It is hard to find one that does the work, spends time with the clients in their environments, earns community trust, and produces real results. Community Action Services is the one that commits to their clients and stays the course until goals are achieved. Crisis Intervention and harm reduction. It is an honor to be on their board and I look forward witnessing, not just change, but evolution of their clients. Keep up the good work team!
