Mission: The mission of Commonwealth Autism Service is to provide leadership in the implementation of a statewide system of services designed to maximize the potential and quality of life for each Virginian with autism across the lifespan.

Programs: Partnership for Capacity Development: Helping organizations increase their capacity to serve individuals on the spectrum Transdisciplinary Autism Assessment Clinic: Offers assessment services and acts as a replication model for other clinics across the state. Public Safety Trainings for law enforcement and other first responders. Learning Institute, which offers an Annual Conference and other customized trainings for individuals and organizations The Founders Center: Our private day program for individuals ages 2-22 years
