I have just started volunteering here and I'm incredibly impressed. The people here are amazing and a joy to work with. Every animal that comes through the door is given the utmost care and attention, and are lovingly cared for day in and day out by the tireless, selfless and outstanding people here. Every animal is given a safe, healthy, comfortable and happy home at the sanctuary and even in my short time I have seen wonderful successes of recovery and adoptions. These extraordinarily dedicated individuals play a vital role in the community, and I count myself blessed to be involved with this outstanding organization. I cannot say enough good things about them!

The CARE and commitment shown to these animals goes FAR and above the call of duty ~ They LOVE these animals! The animals come FIRST!! That is plain to see ~ If I were abandoned animal I would PRAY this organization found me FIRST!! Clearly LIFE changing for all animals. The volunteers have given their lives to save, feed, house, LOVE, spay, medicate EACH and every animal brought to them. The time it takes to nurture these beautiful forever pets and to "place them" is an unbelievable commitment! Keep up the GREAT work girls/guys/friends . . . It HAS paid off if just ONE is saved from malnutrition, homelessness, injury, abandonment. LOVE this group!!
The work being done at Colville Valley Animal Sanctuary inspires me. I have only recently become involved with CVAS, but have been awed by the dedication of those serving the dogs and cats of Stevens County, WA. This county offers no animal control and government-funded shelter, so CVAS is filling that need. Truly a wonderful organization to be a part of!!!!!!
