CCJRC was the “Encourager” for the founding of Second Chance Center which, after less than 7years of existence has grown into the preeminent retry agency in Colorado. CCJRC has spearheaded legislative inroads that have dramatically altered the landscape of Reentry, sentence reform, and driven resources into community based organizations , enabling capacity improvements and service provision at rates never seen, or thought possible, in this state. They take ZERO government dollars while continuously working to divert funding to Community Investment strategies that directly impact the lives of some of the most marginalized.
Why go on and on. CCJRC is the template for advocacy and legislative impact!
