Mission: Conserving colorado's western heritage and working landscapes for the benefit of future generations.

Programs: Ccalt assisted colorado's ranchers and farmers in protecting their agricultural lands and encouraged continuing agricultural production by facilitating the creation of, holding, monitoring and defending conservation easements. The organization also consults with governmental agencies and others in the area of land conservation. Ccalt had another productive year for land conservation in 2017, protecting 55,757 acres in 11 transactions. More important than the numbers is the positive impact our work is having in protecting rural communities, our ranching heritage and the spectacular working landscapes for which colorado is known. The colorado cattlemen's agricultural land trust takes pride in our 23-year record of fiscal see schedule o for continuation. Responsibility and organizational growth. In 2017, ccalt accepted conservation easements valued at approximately $17. 7 million. As a non-profit organization, it is critical to be effective stewards of charitable donations and public conservation funding. Ccalt prides itself on our fiscal conservatism and our return on investment. In 2017, ccalt protected conservation easements on an operating budget of approximately $774,000. Ccalt has protected approximately 556,640 acres from 1995 to 2017. We are proud of this accomplishment and are thankful for the generous support of our landowners, donors and partners.
