Mission: To provide disadvantaged persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness and aid in longer living.
Programs: Operation of section 811 project established to provide rental assistance to disadvantaged individuals. The project is comprised of five duplex and nine single apartments with a total of 18 apartments available for rent. The apartments are available to disabled individuals suffering from mental illness.
