Mission: CORE's primary vision is to empower Filipino professionals as a collective body in the United States. It also seeks to provide an avenue for socio-economic involvement to build a stronger Filipino American community. Now in its third year, Collaborative Opportunities for Raising Empowerment, Inc. (CORE) has impacted the Filipino and Asian American communities through its approach to building bridges across organizations. To date, CORE has collaborated with more than 20 groups that include educational institutions, publicly-held corporations, community-based organizations, grassroots collectives, and government entities.
