Mission: Code2040 aims to close the achievement, wealth, and skills gaps for blacks and latinos in the united states by creating access, awareness, and opportunities in technology and engineering.
Programs: Code 2040's goal is to ensure that by the year 2040- when the us majority-minority- black and latinos are proportionally represented in america's innovation economy as technologists, investors, thought leaders and entrepreneurs. Our flagship program is our summer fellows program, which place high performing black and latino/a software engineering students in internships with top tech companies and provides them with mentorship and leadership development curriculum.
the technical applicant prep program was created so that students and you professionals could find the tools,insight and resources they need to get that first, next or best job in the tech sector.
the alumni program provides ongoing support for black and latino/a technologists who have participated in code2040 programing.
