I so can't believe that Mrs. Pascal is still alive. But someone truly that evil and full of piss and vinegar is surly to live forever I reckon. I was at that shelter I guess about 20 years or so ago. Pregnant with my oldest boy... I went to that shelter because his dad at the time had went to jail and I had no other place to go. And oh boy if I knew if I only knew I never would have went there. Say about 5 months after I was at the shelter my baby daddy got out of jail got us a place and everything that we needed for the upcoming baby. I had relayed that information to someone besides Miss Pascal that was working at the shelter. That person told me that I was too kind to be there and that I needed to leave that I needed to get away. And told me that Miss Pascal takes people's children away from them and basically sells them, and that person told me not to tell anybody else. But being the stupid naive person that I was. I let another female that was also pregnant know about this so that she can also get away.. I told Miss Pascal that I was planning to leave the shelter within the month. That my baby daddy was trying to find a way to come get me because he was out of jail and he had us a place to go and he had everything that we would need for our baby boy. She had me pray with her and a couple other people and because I said in God's name instead of whatever she said she didn't like that I had an OBGYN appointment the next morning. I had taken my purse along with the glasses I acquired while I was there at the shelter and my inhaler was it shelter and the medicine that I needed while I was there with me to that doctor's appointment but she told me I can leave my purse and belongings in the vehicle that she was going in with me so I said okay we get inside to my appointment and she told the OBGYN that I was now homeless and that I had no place to go and a bunch of lies, I told the OBGYN that was not true that I was going back to my baby daddy he had us a place and stuff and by this time Miss Pascal already made her way out the door when I noticed that I excused myself from the OBGYN I went to the elevator and went downstairs Miss Pascal was gone along with all my stuff. I got baptized at her church a few weeks prior to this. I called that church to see if they can help me get my belongings back along with everything I had done acquired for my child. And they said that she was a pillar to the community and they cannot help me get my stuff back. That they would not help me get myself back. The OBGYN had me promise to steal have my baby delivered at the hospital I told her I would because I like my doctors I have been going to them since I was a couple months pregnant. Well a few months go by I go in labor and the county I was in took me to that hospital. The day I delivered him department of family and children's service payed me a visit. They told me that I was not going to get to take my son home. They didn't even go look at my home to see that I had everything that my son would need. They just took him straight away from me. When I went to court I found out that Miss Pascal has told them that since I said God in the prayer instead of whatever she wanted me to say she told them I was a devil worshiper and I sacrificed children and animals to him. Anybody that knows me will tell you how much I love animals and children. And I would never hurt them. There was many times I would stay up for days with friends pets or families pets that was dying and I was force feeding them vitamin water stuff I can't remember the name of it at the moment lol but the animals never died they were covered every single one of them I stayed up with having them drink that do a little straw I would have to shove down their throats for a little bit. But yeah she told the court that and my family that. I lost my child because of her. I lost everything because of her. And I'm going to see if I can get a lawyer to pick up the case I'm going to sue her and that shelter for what they put me through. And all the trauma I have had to endure all these years because of her. So if anybody else wants to jump on this bandwagon and sue them with me then contact me :-) because what she does to people is wrong and she should be punished for it instead of getting away with it all these years. And to the so called Christian community that backs her up. Y'all suck and there's a special place in hell for each and every one of y'all.
I stayed there for under two weeks. On the day I payed rent I was kicked out for not having pants that fit. They put me out on the side of the road and said we don’t care if you die. Carol jumped in my face and acted like she wanted to attack me. She is a heartless individual. While I was there two of the residents , one being her grandson Mitch and the other Chris Taylor. That has a warrant for his arrest and they are hiding him out. Anyways they stayed out last curfew and got drunk. Then came back and tried to break into my room. I can only assume what they wanted. They got a write up that was it. But if I was to answer the phone wrong twice I was told I would be asked to leave. Another long term resident that likes pain killers is Mickey. He practices witch craft. And Amy likes to steal the remaining balances on the gift cards. They sell the donations they don’t want to a local thrift store.
Carol pascal is a narcissist control freak that is also very insecure. She caters to the men and treat women like they are nothing. The whole crew likes to go out on Sunday after church and get drunk. While they force another resident to answer the phone on their only free day to see their families. They think it’s a game to see how long someone can last and takes bets on it. Then while making up rules as they go they torment that person. Carol allows them to do so. Carol threatens everyone that if you even look at her odd her daughters husbands which is chief of police will put you under the jail at her request. They get people in there to look like they are helping out and then quickly put them out just for any little thing. Another long term resident is Elizabeth. These are also the people that write the fake good reviews. Hey don’t take my word for it, check it out for your self. Mrs. Carol I hope you enjoy burning in your own private hell. Cause you are one of the furthest people I have ever known to be about God like you say.
Worst shelter I've ever been to/ in, except for Amy. Carol is in it for recognition and adulation..not for the needs of the homeless. She's racist and biased. She forces her religious views on everyone there, requiring am and pm worship/ Bible study, every day..incl Sunday, after which you spend 2 hours in church. I was dropped off at hospital when I voiced my opinion. Id rather go back to living behind dumpster at gas station than to EVER go back there!!!
This place is horrible Ms.C is racist and I had a baby 10/31/2020 as soon as I got to the shelter I had to move heavy boxes or get kicked out, then ms.carol has a girl the name of B there with 2 boys she has a colony of lice in her head the resident B a girl with 5 kids got infected Ms.C treated it as nothing being that B is her favorite there she doesn’t have to pay like the rest ,I see residents that say Ms.C puts them on fat pills, tell them they can’t use they cane then they knew give out, residents starve themselves because they scared to eat , and then all
Ms.C makes us do is clean the donations for yard sales or give them away. Residents said she accepted me to cover up her racism I ended up leaving because I felt unwanted because of my race. If there’s a speck of salt on the counter she wipes it and say clean up. Everybody runs around with they heads cut off at that place. I had to walk outside freezing cold after 4 days of having my newborn and apparently my newborn would had to do the same so so called for assistance and moved out.
