Mission: CNI Solutions is a new grassroots non-profit organization serving Huntsville, Alabama, and its surrounding communities. We take pride in being champions for the underserved, at-risk, minority, formerly incarcerated, and women populations.
We have three programs that will produce positive results in our community. Launch It, which is our entrepreneurial classes. New Beginnings, which focuses on assisting previously incarcerated individuals with the skills they need to successfully re-enter society, and our Journey program assists previous substance abusers to acquire gainful employment. Our three programs are geared towards improving community empowerment, unity, and personal success in North Alabama.

Programs: Launch-it, a nationally accredited program that guides aspiring entrepreneurs to opening a successful business
New Beginnings, a program that will assist previously incarcerated individuals re-entering society. Journey, a program that will assist prior substance/alcohol abusers to continue their sobriety by obtaining gainful employment. CNI will conduct weekly workshops for both programs. The workshops will teach each individual how to create a resume, write a cover letter, develop interviewing skills, and apply for furthering their education.
CNI provides the community with second chances in making their dreams come true. They partner with businesses within the community to foster awesome opportunities and programs as starting a business via their Entrepreneur Development program. CNI also provides essential items needed during the pandemic as mask and hand sanitizers to ensure safety measures are at the forefront. CNI stands on making sure the community has the tools needed to be SUCCESSFUL!!!
I first heard of CNI during the COVID-19 pandemic. CNI was consistently on the news having events to provide "much-needed" supplies, food, sanitizers, etc. We immediately reached out to see how we could support their efforts. Mr. Frye is so kind and grateful you just knew what type of spirit he had and why CNI was truly everything you see and hear about them.
My company is a donor for this organization and I have volunteered for several community events that CNI Solutions has sponsored. This organizations is a wonderful resource and provides a myriad of services to the Community.
CNI SOLUTIONS is more than just a nonprofit. They are the voice of those who have none. They work within the underserved community helping those who have been forgotten and are in need of a helping hand. CNI SOLUTIONS works to improve economic development by providing entrepreneurship classes for those aspiring to open a business. CNI SOLUTIONS believes in the community first.
