I work at The Road Home, Dane County and this particular day I was working front desk when I received a call from Diane Bishop asking if we would accept some donations of socks. I agreed that we could use some as our agency work with a lot of families in housing across several programs.
Upon agreeing to this, I never imagined that we would receive 6 large boxes that came within a week after the call. The donation from Clothing Across America helped so many families and I am happy that I got a chance to talk with Diane and learn more about all the great things they do.
This is an AWESOME agency.
Paul's Pantry hadn't heard about Clothing Across America until we had an incredible phone call from Diane. She told us about what their mission is, and offered an incredible donation of brand new socks to give out to our families. We are a food pantry in Green Bay, WI. Paul's Pantry was started as a result of a need to care for hungry people in the community who are unable to purchase enough food for their family as a result of their meager or no incomes. Our goal is to provide a family with enough food every week, for as long as needed, so that they may use their food dollars for shelter, utilities and other necessities, and avoid becoming homeless. Yes, primarily we focus on food, but receiving this donation of socks is absolutely incredible!! Not only will these socks help to keep our families warmer this winter, it also lets them know that others care about their well being and want nothing but the best for them. Thank you to Diane and Clothing Across America!! What a tremendous organization! We are blessed and so very thankful!!
Clothing Across America is such an amazing non-profit. Their mission is to help other charities and missions across America. I felt a calling to provide shoes and socks to my local ministries and I was connected to Clothing Across America. Diane has been a wonderful person and has organized a shipment of socks and shoes to my local charity allied His Place Ministries. I have nothing but positive things to say about this organization. God bless Diane and Clothing Across America!
Clothing Across America is an amazing agency. They work hard and am sure they don't get enough credit for all they do. We have been so happy with everything we have received. The variety of the items and sizes have been wonderful and have been a BIG hit with our clients.
We were shocked and happily surprised when we were contacted by Clothing Across America and told that we would be receiving a donation of socks. Our shelter relies on individuals and agencies for donations and Clothing Across America made everything easy. Socks are one of the most needed and requested items by our residents. Thanks for all that you do!
Clothing Across America reached out to us about a possible big donation of Bombas socks. We are so very grateful for this help. The Salvation Army of Manitowoc County will now be able to provide those in need with some very nice and warm socks as we get closer to the fall and winter temperatures. Thank you to Diane and Clothing Across America!
It has been a pleasure to collaborate and partner with Clothing Across America. Especially with Diane Bishop who had worked tirelessly to provide our organization at our upcoming Community Fair donated jeans and socks for our homeless children in our community. It's so refreshing to know that there are nonprofit organizations like Clothing Across America that still holds the highest integrity and professionalism to help other organizations like mine to making our children feel loved and supported. Clothing Across America will always be on our top of the list in all of our future endeavors.
Respond Now is so grateful for the amazing work that Diane Bishop and Clothing Across America has provided our agency. Thanks to them we will be able to provide clothing to children who we would not otherwise be able to do so.
Thank you Clothing Across America, for supplying our clothes closet with much-needed boxers, extra-large t-shirts and specific-sized jeans! I like how we are able to fill holes in our clothes closet with specific items that we are often short on, through Clothing Across America! Thank you Diane and everyone for helping ensure dignity for the individuals and families experiencing homelessness at Hesed House. -- Bruce
Diane was extremely helpful getting us much needed clothes, feminine care products, and socks for the individuals and families we provide housing and support services too. The donated items were high quality and our clients are all extremely grateful to have much needed items! Project PLASE look forwards to continuing our partnership with Clothing Across America!
Clothing Across America is a unique and fantastic idea that Diane has brought to life! The first time trying anything is always a little scary, but Diane was super easy to work with and ultra-professional. The 3 pallets we received were carefully packed full of amazing new clothing, pajamas, slippers, socks and deodorant sticks. We are able to provide clothing to some of the children of the families we care for in the community in addition to those who live on our campus. Diane listened to our needs and fulfilled more than we expected. Filling a void in the non-profit sector where clothing items are desperately needed, Diane is working to get a fresh pair of socks, pants and shirt on every person who needs them! Thank you Clothing Across America for great product and a great experience!
Clothing across America came to our shelter with an unsolicited donation of 4 bags of clothes and some personal care items from our website needs list. We are grateful! Freedom House Ministries
We were not familiar with Clothing Across America until they made a recent donation to our homeless shelter. We were amazed that they somehow knew of us and reached out to us. We are a small rural shelter and the only homeless shelter in a 40 miles radius of our location. We provide not only shelter, but also soup kitchen services, an emergency food pantry, and Rapid Rehousing for individuals exiting shelter. We also manage a Permanent Supportive Housing Program for chronically homeless individuals.
Clothing Across America provided us with a donation of socks from Bombas for which we are very grateful. These socks will be used for our annual Point in Time Count to help individuals who are unsheltered to remain warm until we can help them find adequate shelter. Thank you , thank you Clothing Across America
Clothing Across America has provided MUCH NEEDED socks from Bombas to our homeless shelter. We are the only homeless shelter for men & women in a 100 mile radius and funds are VERY low. We are SO grateful to the generous donations from CAA, that help us help people that don't have anything. WONDERFUL ORGANIZATION!!!
Diane Bishop and Clothing Across America have been a TREMENDOUS blessing to us at family Values For Life in St. Paul MN.
We serve families who are living in poverty, some of whom are living nearly 200% below poverty.
Clothing Across America helped us give nearly 3000 children new clothes, socks, shoes, toiletries, and bags to start the 2018 school year.
I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first year working with them (our organization had received other donations in the past). When our shipment arrived I was amazed at the four, seven+ foot tall pallets filled with items our families needed.
As if that wasn't enough, Diane reached out to us for the holidays and wanted to make sure the children we serve would get nice gifts for Christmas. Clothing Across America sent us pajamas, slippers, and a few stuffed toys. With their help we gifted another 87 families for Christmas.
Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Clothing Across America.

Beulah's Place received a package of Bomba socks to distribute to the at-risk homeless teen boys and girls we rescue off the streets who are in danger from severe abuse, sex trafficking, and other criminally predatory activities. What amazing socks!!! The quality and feel of the socks are superior to any others we have received or given to our kids. We also gave a pair to some volunteers who absolutely raved about their comfort and fit. If I could buy these socks I would, but am thoroughly grateful for Clothing Across America. Beulah's Place (beulahsplace.org) relies 100% on donations from individuals, businesses and other nonprofits to continue rescuing at-risk teens. Every dollar goes to their education, transportation to/from school and work, medical, dental, housing, food, clothing and shelter. We are preparing to move into our first official facility where we can help up to 150 at-risk homeless teens a day and your gift was a welcome and much needed blessings. Deepest thanks, Andi Buerger / Executive Director / Beulah's Place
This year we were able to provide free, brand new pajamas, slippers, and socks to more than 1000 people at the Jackson Medical Mall in Jackson, MS. Thanks so much Diane and Clothing Across America for partnering with Jackson Medical Mall Foundation and The Difference Group to make it possible! We love your organization and the work that you do each day!
Diane and her team are amazing!
With over 200 children on our campus, it can be difficult to provide new clothing for everyone, but Clothing Across America made it easy. They were able to send us a variety of styles and sizes so we could offer new clothes to our K-12 kids.
As some of the children in our care haven't ever received new clothing until they come to Boys Ranch, it's always a joy when a organization like Diane's gives us the opportunity. We were extremely blessed to work with Diane and Clothing Across America.

Having had the opportunity to work with dynamic Founder/Director Diane Bishop, on a variety of successful human services campaigns over the years, I was thrilled when invited to join her latest humanitarian brainchild -Clothing Across America.
Second to food, Bishop knew the vital importance of clothing to society. Much more than fabric to cover bodies, scientific studies have discovered that how we dress has a direct affect on our self-esteem, confidence and the way we carry ourselves! How we dress is even responsible for how we are initially perceived by others.
With that knowledge, (and Bishop’s tenacity), Clothing Across America was born. Not only are brand new, trendy, well-fitting clothes provided to people in need... but the clothing, (and specialized personal care pkgs for emergencies), is DELIVERED for FREE to nonprofits throughout all 50 states! Clothing Across America is the first to do this.
The generous variation of clothing donations, has been phenomenal! Who knew socks came in so many colors and patterns!? Bishop and her team are very creative, so as time passes, brainstorming leads to new ways to connect with nonprofits as well as donors. Clothing Across America already offers customized events, with a range of celebrities that assist with the festivities to distribute “the goods”. Those times are the most rewarding, as we get to see what the new clothing means to those receiving.
I know the CEO of Clothing Across America and her heart and dedication for this mission is amazing. Clothing Across America gives back to the struggling family and individual. To provide the basics to help someone's self-esteem, giving them pride and hope for their future is everything. I fully endorse this organization!
