Mission: The mission of the clinical nurse leader association is to provide a forum for members in all practice settings to collaborate, collect data, publish results, network, promote high standards of practice, maintain a professional presence and stay abreast of issues affecting their practice. The vision of the clinical nurse leader association is to improve patient outcomes through a focus on safety and quality outcomes and the implementation of evidence based practice at the point of care.
Programs: Sponsor and manage a regional conference of clinical nurse leaders focused on career development, industry updates, information-sharing, and networking
partner with the american association of colleges of nursing to educate, promote and sustain the cnl role nationally by sponsoring an annual summit & research symposium
facilitate the mission and express goals of the organization and meet the evolving needs of its members
