Programs: Leadership cleveland (lc) empowers recognized, senior-level positional leaders with knowledge, skills and relationships to advance and deepen their community impact. The ten-month program engages participants through a highly interactive, intentionally designed leadership curriculum so participants develop a broader and more diverse network and experience opportunities to address key community issues through civic engagement. Participants devote 13 full days to the program. The lc2 fellows program creates an opportunity for lc alumni to focus for nine months on a specific civic issue and identify and deliver a tangible outcome aimed at creating long-term, positive, sustainable change in cleveland. cleveland bridge builders enables mid-career professionals of all ages to prepare for meaningful, fulfilling and impactful engagement in the community. civic leadership institute is a series of six short, weekly sessions designed to increase the civic knowledge base and engagement for people of all ages and career stages that seek a better understanding of the community's civic infrastructure, are new to the area, or are starting a new assignment.
