Mission: Clean Energy Coalition is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to promoting clean energy technologies as a way to create healthier, energy independent communities.
Results: Since its incorporation six years ago, Clean Energy Coalition's efforts have resulted in over 732 billion BTUs of renewable energy used or energy conserved.
Programs: Mobility - transportation programs: help michigan fleets set the pace for adopting sustainable transportation options through the administration of numerous federal and state programs focused on deploying cleaner vehicles, building alternative fueling infrastructure, and reducing petroleum consumption and harmful vehicle emissions.
communities - municipality programs: work with municipal governments to create healthy and sustainable communities for people to flourish and prosper. Provide a suite of technical consulting services to michigan municipalities, including greenhouse gas inventories and establishment of revolving energy funds to help support clean energy projects for years to come.
structures - commercial & residential programs: assist residential and commercial building owners in assessing critical needs to craft practical and affordable clean energy options and solutions.
outreach - event & sponsorship: educate and market how constituents, communities and stakeholders can become more energy independent through programs and services that are available to support clean energy initiatives.
