I have been part of Clarita's House Outreach Ministry Inc. for over 10 years starting out as a volunteer then a Board Member. Its amazing to see a small non-profit help so many people in the community and have volunteers that are committed with a servants heart that work so hard to help alleviate hunger.I love being a part of this organization!!

Clarita’s House Outreach Ministry is a Beacon in the Community, they provide food, shelter, and support to the homeless in the community and also help the needy with assistance.
I am grateful, thankful and honored to be a volunteer with Clarita’s House.
Veronica.
Claritas House outreach Ministry is a staple in the Kissimmee community and reaches outside of Kissimmee for various needs I'm proud to say I serve as a homeless advocate on the streets and our motels feeding our families who are in dire need of food and clothing / here at Claritas House we help families get off the streets into apartments when they have the resources the ministry is Godly sent.
Clarita's House Outreach Ministry's unwavering dedication to supporting homeless and disadvantaged families is truly inspiring. The leadership and volunteers consistently demonstrate selflessness and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Whether distributing food, organizing outreach events, or connecting individuals with critical services, their impact is tangible and deeply felt.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Clarita's House Outreach Ministry as a cornerstone of support in our community. Their Christ-centered approach reminds us of the power of kindness and faith in transforming lives. Thank you, Clarita's House, for all you do!
I love volunteering at Claritas House they do a great job getting the message out to people who are in need so there is always a long line of people to help.. I wish there wasn't a line at all because everyone had what they needed but because we know thats now how reality is I am glad that they make sure people who are in need of food and goods know where to find the spots to pick up things.
Clarita's House is one of the best organization run by 2 God fearing individuals who are loving caring and giving. They have gone to the extreme limits to make sure that the poor and needy are place in houses, have clothing, food and other necessities of life. They are always ready and available when called upon.
I am a volunteer for CHOM. I am amazed by what they do for others in the community and other areas. There are so many people who depend on them for food, clothing, gas money, money for temporary housing and so much more. Everything that they do for others come straight from their hearts through donations. They have helped people furnish their homes with furniture and everything they need for a fresh start. I consider it a privilege to work with them.
What Clarita’s House does for the community is amazing. They go above and beyond for families need. Definitely the best non profit in Central Florida
Clarita's House Outreach Center is more than just a place to get a meal. It's a lifeline for countless individuals facing homelessness in Central Florida. I've witnessed firsthand how the center provides not only sustenance but also essential resources and support that help rebuild lives and strengthen the community.
The center's holistic approach extends beyond food distribution, offering services such as:
-Counseling and Case Management: Providing guidance and support to individuals in navigating challenges related to homelessness, addiction, and mental health.
-Job Training and Placement: Assisting individuals in acquiring skills and finding employment opportunities.
-Housing Assistance: Connecting individuals with affordable housing options and providing resources to secure stable housing.
-Medical Care and Referrals: Providing basic medical screenings and referrals to healthcare providers for ongoing care.
These additional services are crucial in addressing the root causes of homelessness and empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency. By providing comprehensive support, Clarita's House is not just feeding the hungry but also rebuilding lives and strengthening the community as a whole.
I wholeheartedly support the continued work of Clarita's House Outreach Center and urge others to consider donating their time, resources, or financial support to this invaluable organization.

CHOM has been such a blessing to my family. They provided my daughter with a warm winter coat when I could not afford one. Their drive thru events have helped us from going hungry, though I can not attend anymore because my car died and I can't get to the events. Their volunteers have just the biggest hearts and are so kind.
Excelente organización, ayudan a los necesitados dando food pantry, artículos de higiene personal, artículos de black to school entre otras cosas.
I was so blessed to come across Clarita’e House Outreach Ministry! Michele was such a kind special person that without even really knowing me, got me and my fiancée a room! We’re homeless and have been on a major HUGE struggle for months! And finally after so long in being what I call the jungle.. Michele looked out so trumendously with a room for us for 2 nights! It was a blessing to be able to shower, and finally SLEEP!!! Without having to worry and wake up so early..! It’s not or haven’t been easy our journey! And I hope we get out of this soon! But it’s been great to not bird bath and to finally feel an actual bed! But at the same time strange, but in a good way. But thank you again Michele, and your great Ministry for helping us like this! You were God sent! Thank you, really appreciate you and anyone else behind this.
Thank you to Claritas House they lifted a big burden of stress off me! I was referred and dealt with Michelle who assisted me with a big need. She was very professional and on point!! These places should receive overflowing donations or more funding for them to be able to help alot of other individuals! So many of us in need but God is good! Stay faithful! Claritas House thank you! Michelle thank you!!! Lisa and family!!
Thanks to Clarita’s House Outreach Ministry, Inc, and our very kind and helpful caseworker, Michele, they were able to help cover my past due bill. I will be recommending their services to my friends and family 100%. Thank you!
I have observed the passionate and consistent services of Clarita's House for at least 10 years. Doreen and her husband and her board members are all people with a heart for the less fortunate - and they give food, clothing, household items, and referrals to other resources, with a cheerful attitude.
Hello i would like to share my story with claritas house. Me and my family have been going through aome rough times lately just like a bunch of other people. I have no familiy and no where to turn. I was told to reach out to claritas house but i didnt think they would of been able to help me but i did it anyway. I reached out to them and just off of our first conversation i felt a little better just because of how helpful and caring they are and my problem was not even solved yet. After speaking for a little she told me give me until the end of the day and i will see what i can do. I prayed that night and the following day they reached back out saying we are going to help you with your need. Man after that i felt like i can breathe again so much weight lifted off my shoulders. These people have a special place in my heart thanks again and may god continue to bless
Claritas ministry is amazing the love and compassion for the community is amazing. The work for the homeless is with so much love. Come and join them . Come and get help if in need . Gods children shall be saved ! Amen

I've been a part of this outreach for years. I believe in this outreach and have witnessed them help so many in the community. I am and will always be a huge supporter of Clarita's House!!
I had been serving as volunteer for for over 10 years and witness many time how lives are change because of what do for the community.
All I can say is this place is a blessing! Due to the pandemic and work shortage we had a very rough time when the pandemic hit, because of this my family has been through a very tough time and we have lost our home that we were in for 6 years... as well as our vehicle and various other things. I called and left a detailed voicemail, and within an hour they called me back and provided me with thorough information on different organizations that could help, as well as providing food assistance Information. They also provided help with our phone bill so we could continue making the necessary calls moving forward to get caught up in life. Michele H. was an amazing person to deal with. If you are in need of assistance, I highly recommend this organization for anything that you may need! Thank you sooo much to Michele and the amazing folks at Claritas House for the support and welcoming personalized help! God bless you ❤️
Clarita’s House has Blessed My Family!
I was in despair with little to no food in my home as I am disabled.
I called and was told to come right then and they loaded my car with food.
Doreen simply told me to pull around to come inside to fill out an application for help. She came inside and assured me everything would be okay!
Clarita’s House was the first “ food ministry” I’ve ever visited.
They embraced me and I’ll be forever grateful God led me there!
Michele called me and emailed resources that can further help my family and she’s been wonderful! She radiates positivity!
I slept all night last night. I haven’t slept through the night since coming home to recover from My 3rd surgery in a year at the end of January.
Clarita’s House blessed us with paying our house payment!
My husband has multiple medical issues including a leak in his spinal cord and needs His neck fused but due to losing our health insurance .
He is merely getting by seeing His Primary Care Dr. While we wait for a Disability Decision.
I encourage Anyone who has the means to support this wonderful small non-profit organization. ❤️
The Torres Family
This charity helped out my family in so many ways this Christmas by helping us with the energy bill, because of them we have light and our family was able to have a blessed Christmas, this was definitely a blessing from then and people in it this charity are wonderful
So incredibly thankful for Doreen and Clarita's house Outreach Ministry for helping me in my time of need. When daycare closed because of a Covid-19 case I was forced to stay home from work without pay so I could care for my child. This Ministry helped me not fall behind. Thank you for all that you do!
Michele helped me when I had NO time to spare w/a 3 day notice to leave my home that day. She spoke w/my landlord & neg. a payment & agreement that was acceptable to him. Without her help I'd be homeless. Clarita's House also has food drives, w/medical assist. there are clothes, personal items, housewares etc too at all of the drives. I really have to inc. that Michele & I texted the next day for sometime starting to make sure everything went well & checking on me. She took time out of her Sat. to make sure I was ok & talked to me about various things! I can't appreciate enough in my words & feelings of gratitude to her! Thank you Michele & all that work there! You're all amazing! But really, a very special thank you to Michele. Like I said, you're
my angel! God Bless you all for your help!
This non-profit has help many families in need. The leaders and the volunteers will go above and beyond to provide resources to those who need it. I love everything that this ministry is doing and helping their community.
I have been acquainted with Clarita's House for over 10 years. I have been a volunteer, served on the Board of Directors, and now continue to support the fundraising efforts of the organization. They have never wavered from their mission to help the homeless reach self-sufficiency. They continue to develop their mission and build on the tremendous momentum of the past years to accommodate their clients in an ever-changing pandemic world.
Clarita's House Outreach Ministry Inc. has truly transformed my life. I discovered this organization years ago. I knew I was called to street ministry. CHOM gave me the opportunity to be a part of this move of God, ministering to those in need. I have participated in many of the outreaches to the community by passing out food, clothes, and hygiene items. I was blessed to attend their galas. CHOM has blessed the community in so many ways!! I really enjoy being a volunteer for this organization.
Clarita’s House has been helping many many people all over Fl . For over decade.May God continue to bless and prosper this Charity.
Clarita's Outreach Ministry is great! My family and I recently moved to Florida and was introduced to the ministry by a family member. Everyone is so caring and helpful to my family and I , we are so grateful. My future husband and I volunteered with the outreach and plan to continue volunteering as we believe that they are a blessing to the community.
My husband and I have been volunteering for Clarita’s House for over 10 years now. We love Clarita’s House because they do so much to help those who are homeless and underserved. They reach out to and do more for people than I’ve seen any other Charity organizations do. They go out of there way to help others. They have put families in hotels for days, helped families get in apartments, and helped them to furnish their apartments if needed. They make sure that many people that live in the woods are fed and given tents. There is no end to the service they render if they have the funds to do it.
There are approximately 12,000 non-profit organizations in Florida. They cover a gambit of issues. Many non-profits, like for-profit organizations, have a mission but do not always adhere to the mission. And many are so administrative top-heavy that the donations go as much to operations ad it does to the cause at hand.
Clarita's House Outreach Ministry defies all of these issues. From the Executive Directors to each and every board member, volunteer, and community supporter, we are all in this to help the community. Every $$ that is collected as fundraisers for CHOM goes directly into the programs. One of the reasons I sit on the board is that I can see the direct impact of the money raised. I know that every donation is helping the disadvantaged. For example, when I retired and moved to the DC area, we donated most of the furniture in the house to CHOM. It was amazing to see that the furniture was actually used to help homeless people set up a new place to stay. That feeling cannot be replaced, and no amount of money can outlast that feeling. So I will always be a part of CHOM.
Clarita's House Outreach Ministry is great place to volunteer and make a lasting difference. I have had the opportunity to work with the organization on many different occasions and have seen first hand the impact of how their giving, sharing, and praying for others are changing lives. They impact communities one life at a time. It is founded by husband and wife team, humble, willing and focused on touching lives by giving and helping. If you are seeking an organization to volunteer at I would highly recommend CHOM you will not be disappointed. The organization has a variety of opportunities - CHOM is all about helping people in need and being your brothers keepers...
I wish this organization continued success and may the God bless them in all that they put their hands to do.
Blessings. Sharon N
Clarita's House Outreach Ministry is a very hands-on and caring charity. In our city there is not much help for the homeless but this charity is an exception!! When I was homeless, this charity was there to help me with food and clothes for my family and I.
Now, I help serve other families through this great charity!!
I have served on the board of directors for this nonprofit for several years. They are the real deal. Where the rubber meets the road. An all volunteer organization. Every penny given goes to the needs of their clients.

I have served on the Board of Directors for Clarita's House Outreach Ministry, Inc. for several years. It continues to amaze me the impact that this small powerhouse non-profit can do so much with so little. The outreach feeding programs, the backpack program, the holiday events for the homeless are incredible with this all volunteer organization. Every penny raised goes to the intended program. No big salaries, no big overhead, just people helping people.

This is one of the best decision I've ever made to be a part God's kingdom revealed. This charity helps the needy daily.
It's been a pleasure to support Clarita's House Outreach ministry, this great not for profit organization is touching lives all over the state and I truly appreciate how the president is running things,no child and no family left behind, God bless Clarita ' s House.
One of the best organizations in Florida. I am very proud to be a part of Clarita's House and I will do whatever it takes to help get the word out. They have given me the opportunity to reach out and make a difference.
I came on board with this outreach over a year ago, and I've been here beside them every since. They do so much for so many people with very limited resources. I feel proud to be involved with individual with so much love and passion for other. Thanks Clarita's House for sharing some of that love with me.
I went to a job fair and amongst all the booths was Clarita's House.
I viewed a story board that showed what the organization is about with pictures of volunteers praying with people. Volunteers serving food, clothing and distributing toiletries to men, women and children. So, I signed up to be a volunteer. It isn't a paying job. But I am rewarded by helping others. Our community is asking for "911" assistance! And with government cutbacks there is even more help needed. Clarita's House has blessed me with perishable and non perishable food items also.
It's great to be a part of an organization that is helping the community!
This is a Organization that indeed deserves and need all type of support: Prayers, monetary support, people to come and volunteer. The leadership of this non profit and volunteers which are the core of all the work that is done on daily basis are very passionate, committed. They truly administer true justice; show mercy and compassion through their service and community outreach. Zechariah 7:9
I have been in many Organizations, ministries and I can tell that this people all they do is to serve, give and help. I look forward to become an active volunteer very soon. But meanwhile I encourage you, this is a way of leaving, is not fashion, is the real work of God in our community.
God bless you all-
Claritas House Inc. has been a great blessing to the homeless in the community. They have feed and clothed so many Men Women and Children. The work that they do is truly and Godsend I thank God for Claritas House Inc. an Doreen and Aldwin continue to do a great Job helping Others
I honestly love Clarita's House Inc because they reach out to everyone is every way possible. I am a volunteer and they even help me when I'm in need. I know they can do anything they put their mind to. I would say this is honestly a genuine Christian ministry!
For the past 7 years I have volunteered time and money to Clarita's House. I have seen how grateful people are when you serve them a hot meal and I see the donations used wisely. I believe Clarita's House changes the lives of the people it helps but it has changed my life as a volunteer as well. It makes me very thankful for what I have in my life.
Clarita's House is a ministry that has the heart of a servant. I have seen the results of the work that is done through the volunteers who touch the lives of men, women, and children who would otherwise have no hope. The founders and the men and women who volunteer are to be commended for their unselfish and sacrificial attitude of giving and serving. Clarita's House is a GREAT Nonprofit that deserves to be recognized!
I have been a part of Clarita's House Outreach Ministry, Inc. for the past 6 years. I can truly say that it has change my life. I am so grateful for what I have everyday! When we see the needs of children and families, between 3 to 8 people all living in a hotel room, children telling you how grateful they are for a morsel of food, entire community living in the woods. Clarita's House is making a difference one child, one family at a time.
Clarita's House truly makes a difference in the lives of others. We can truly say that they have worked very hard in seeing the vision come to light for so many that are in need. We support the work that they do and will continue to support in any way that we can.
I get appeals all the time for donations and I am cautious where I make donations. I can tell you Clarita"s House uses every dollar to help those in need. They are a tremendous blessing to people in the community. Without their help many families would be hungry, and without clothes, and shelter. They have a heart for those in need. I am honored to be a donor.
Clarita's House Ministry shows to be very dedicated, consistent and commited to the needs of the less fortunate and those in transition. There is truly a love for others
Not knowing the serious problem of homelessness and lack of food, I became intrigued and became a volunteer after hearing about the work that Claritas House does. We gave out food week after week at the Men's coalition downtown. I was fortunate to include clothing on some occasions as well. The looks on their faces and their gratitude always was worth coming back. They were also involved in furnishing a home where homeless people could now live. On a personal level Claritas House has allowed their relationship with Second Harvest to help feed the members of our church and community on many occasions. They even reached out to my daughter's team mate who lost their house in a fire. Between feeding the homeless downtown, serving them at a posh restaurant on Thanksgiving to make them feel special or being their for the community when food or clothing is needed, Claritas House is there. I am proud to be a part of such a great organization and can not wait to see how many more people they will touch in a positive way.
Clarita's House is an organization that is making a BIG difference in the lives of many families in Orange and Osceola counties. My wife and I have been to many of their events and see first-hand the people that are benefiting from this worthwhile organization.
Claritas house is one organization that is truly committed to helping
And changing the lives of people in the communities around central Florida.
This organization was a dream of Doreen And Aldwyn Barker. They have
Led this organization effortlessly because of there commitment to God and

Service that this organization provide weekly by feeding over 100 people
Weekly and providing spiritual upliftment is a true testament of Claritas
House goals and objective. Sky is the limit for this organisation
