Programs: Civic opera theater of kansas city's purpose is to promote and enrich the cultural life of the metropolitan area by producing fully staged operas and operettas using accomplished volunteer singers under professional direction. The 2010-2011 season production was transformations by conrad susa with five production staff and eight singers performing before an audience of 111 people over three shows in march 2011.
