Mission: To develop and provide affordable housing for low-income families in southern california.
Programs: Provided affordable rental housing to low-income families in southern california. The main service areas include the cities of santa ana, fullerton and chula vista. We currently have approximately 140 units of rental housing. These services are funded primarily through rental income and property management fees from the acquisition and development of 10 various housing projects along with 48 separate residential units within the town square homeowners association.
