Mission: Low-income people do best when they are part of a diverse, vibrant neighborhood with good housing. Like others, they do best in a supportive community. We believe that increasing the supply of affordable housing as part of the diverse, economically-mixed neighborhoods of inner city Dallas will support the development of this community.
