Mission: To benefit and support the city of fresno (the "city") and to lessen the burdens of government of the city.
Programs: (1) purchasing, developing, financing, rehabilitating, and/or demolishing vacant and blighted properties;(2) assisting the city in combating community blight and deterioration in the city and its redevelopment areas and contributing to the physical improvement of the city and its redevelopment areas by redeveloping vacant or blighted properties; and(3) acquiring, owning, operating, and leasing property within a low-income community to community businesses, which will promote and support the social welfare of the city.
