Mission: The purpose of renew is to identify, develop, and resource leaders in metropolitan south florida.
Programs: Capitalizing on the momentum of the last year, renew officially launched its coaching and formal training programs for church planters. Partnering with the local church, strategic funders and other community organizations, renew lived out its mission of identifying, developing and resourcing leaders to start new churches in south florida. In 2014, rnew lead monthly and quarterly gatherings of pastors, church planters, and leaders from across dade, broward and palm beach counties. The network grew to include 83 pastors with an average of 50 attendees per meeting. Through the renew network, 8 new churches have been planted since 2010 and 3 churches have been revitalized. Other accomplishments include print and digital marketing/presence, the beginning of grant writing, bolstered organizational development and the sponsorship of "the gospel and race" conference.
