CoS provides a portal for educated sorority women to provide meaningful support to girls and young women across the world who seek education to improve their lives. It has warmed my heatr to know that one day the young women we support will become members of NPC member organizations and change governments, society and the world.

Mission: Uplifting women from poverty through education
Programs: Through an implementing partner buildon and the help of our donors, the circle of sisterhood has been able to fund the building of schools in senegal and nicaragua. Buildons global schools construction program works with countries' ministries of education and rural village leaders in developing countries to build primary schools and run adult literacy programs.
lift up africa is a u. S. Based nonprofit with an extensive network of partners and projects in east africa. Its mission is to connect knowledge, resources and needs. The helga rescue center provides a safe haven for rescued girls from early marriage, to ensure retention and participation in their education and reconciliation with their families. The 40 girls at helga will not only benefit from gaining their education and escaping oppression, the whole community will become enriched through the new educated adults that have completed their studies through a sustainable rescue center. Our $10,000 grant supports 22 young girls at helga for a year.
bead for life's mission is to eradicate extreme poverty by creating bridges of understanding between impoverished africans and concerned citizens of the world. This grant is providing support for the expansion of their street business school which is a six month, mobile classroom uniquely tailored to meet the needs of women living in poverty, many of whom have not finished elelmentary school, lack cofidence or the resources to help themselves or their children out of an oppressed life.
