Causes: Arts & Culture, Theater
Mission: Cincinnati landmark productions, through its production management of the covedale center for the performing arts, the warsaw federal incline theater and cincinnati young people's theater, it's summer theatre for teenagers, provides a continuum of artistic opportunity for performers and technicians while acting as an advocate for 1 - preservation; 2 - bringing cultural and economic benefits to those communities in which it's venues reside; and 3 - developing young artists through opportunity, training and excellence in production; while enhancing the quality of life for patrons and the cincinnati area as a whole.
Programs: In 2017, cincinnati landmark productions celebrated the 26th summer for the cincinnati young people's theatre, our founding theatrical program and it's 16th professional season at the covedale center for the performing arts. At the covedale center, we had a 6 show marquee season, a one week musical theatre camp for kids (10 to 13 years of age) june 12-17, 2017, the annual cypt reunion show in december 2017. We didn't have a package of regular children's shows this season at the covedale. We had a 4 show district series at the warsaw federal incline theatre and a 3 show summer classic season at the warsaw federal incline theatre. Subscriptions include: the covedale's 2016/17 marquee season = 2,722 subscribers, the incline district season 2016/17 = 480 subscribers, the incline summer classic season 2017 = 2,270 subscribers and cincinnati young people's theatre's production of beauty and the beast (attendance was 3,765. )
