CHCA Leadership, and principal/staff at the Otto Armleder campus, needs to invest resources into childhood development, especially with young black boys. They have the potential to build young boys into God-fearing Christian leaders in society, which is so important in a time like this, but they have failed to pour into ALL God's children. Their unfair treatment isn't Godly. If your child isn't a Pastor's child, a friend of a circle of the in-crowd, it can be very isolating and harmful to a child's emotional well-being. It is very sad considering that their academics are top-notch, but i'd prefer for my children to be of good developing character than to be emotionally damaged by teachers and staff who they are to respect.
Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is an amazing school with incredible impact on its students, their families, and the community. CHCA includes three beautiful PK-12 schools in Northeast Cincinnati, as well as a historic school in downtown Cincinnati. Generous founding families and a $30 million endowment provide state-of-the art facilities and top-notch education despite tuition costing thousands of dollars less than comparable private schools.
CHCA does an exceptional job of preparing students for success in college, career, and community. In addition to offering 18 Advanced Placement programs through which nearly 90% of AP students qualify for college credit, all levels of CHCA academics are designed to develop the critical thinking skills needed for success. Students receive millions of dollars in scholarship offers each year, with excellent students enjoying success at top universities, average students becoming above-average college students, and essentially 100% of graduates are accepted into college.
CHCA also offers excellent athletic programs that enable many students to win conference championships—often in multiple sports. CHCA has also developed the region’s most decorated fine arts program—producing numerous accolades, many professional performers, and the friendliest theater program of its kind.
CHCA is an important part of the community, with students leading hundreds of community service projects and participating in dozens of age-appropriate mission trips each year. CHCA families are blessed by the opportunities and experience, and students graduate fully prepared for success in college, career, and community.
