Mission: The mission of cil realty inc is to provide supported residential services, programs and environments to persons with physical and mental disabilities of low and moderate income as those persons are defined in section 8-243h of the connecticut general statutes.
Programs: During fye 6/30/17 cil realty completed 10 licensed community residences for persons with disabilities and had nine additional residences in various stages of development at year end.
