Mission: Chat serves the youth of the east end of richmond and equips them with the heart, head, and hands to make transformative life decisions.
Programs: After school program - serves youth through after school mentoring and enrichment classes, summer day camp, and high school youth group. In the 2016-2017 year, 93 youth participated in after-school mentoring, 98 youth participated in summer day camp, and 50 youth participated in youth group.
