I have seen first hand the work of Chrysalis Ministries in both Eastern Europe and Asia. Their ministry equips leaders of leaders.... and allows "gravity" to equip the next level. They make effective use of every dollar as all mentors are internationally sourced, and they and local administration committees are volunteers (self funded and pay their own costs)
