Mission: To provide educational training in the arts to develop character.
Programs: Summer camps: operated three camps to teach dance, drama & voice skills to over 180 students & teens who participated. Each week-long camp ended with students performing in a music theater showcase for families, friends, and local community patrons, which demonstrated skills they had learned.
classes: offered 43 classes in various music theater arts skills for students ages 5-18. 482 students enrolled from three 10-week sessions, which concluded with students performing in a music theater showcase for families, friends, and local community patrons, which demonstrated skills they had learned.
shows: students age 8-18 enrolled in classes had the opportunity to audition for a musical theater show. 214 students participated in three shows produced: winter: seven brides for seven brothers; spring: disney's the little mermaid; and fall: white christmas. Casts rehearsed for 10-12 week periods which concluded with 5 performances for each show (15 total), including 3 performances for school groups; approximately 9,900 patrons attended.
