Causes: Human Services, Seniors, Supportive Housing for Older Adults
Programs: Oaknoll provided senior housing and related services (meals, housekeeping, transportation, recreational programming, etc. ) for a daily average of 281 senior adults this past year. Customer satisfaction scores indicate that our residents are quite happy with the service provided (98% rates us "excellent or "good" in response to a question of overall satisfaction in surveys completed april 2017.
oaknoll provided nursing home services to an average of 50 frail, dependent older adults in our health center this past year. 84 individuals were admitted to the health center for skilled nursing services, and 1,629 skilled nursing days were provided throughout the year.
oaknoll served an average of 36 frail senior adults in our certified assisted living program this past year. The average age of those served was 89. 2 years. Residents served in the assisted living program maintain as much independence as possible. Individualized assistance with activities of daily living (medication management, bathing, meal preparation, etc. ) is provided by staff.
