Mission: CHINS UP Youth and Family Services was founded in 1974 to serve the needs of children and families in the Pikes Peak region. We provide a continuum of care for children and families through a wide variety of programs that include alternative education, youth advocacy, one-to-one mentoring, shared family care, family preservation, family-centered therapy, crisis respite care and foster care. The primary focus of our services is to maintain the safety of the child and the integrity of the family. We are committed to serving, protecting and advocating for children and families. We highly value inter-agency collaboration and are committed to active participation in the betterment of our community. CHINS UP strives to heal the troubled lives of children and families.
