Mission: The association is an umbrella organization of the entire chinese community in new england. Its purpose shall be: to unite all members of the chinese community; to promote and preserve chinese culture and tradition; to further the cause of freedom and democracy; to safeguard the rights and ensure equality of members of the chinese community; to provide affordable and other housing to the chinese community; and to enhance the general welfare of the chinese community.
Programs: Ccba initiated and coordinated charitable events and educational activities for the chinese community and developed and maintained affordable housing for families.
