I Have been volunteering with The Children's Table Since 1996. They are an amazing organization. They do so much in their community to help others and go above and beyond. Since the beginning, The Children’s Table obtained much of the food they distributed by gleaning. What started with their own gardens in the backyard of their home then turned into gleaning fields before they were turned under by local farmers. As the organization moved from helping one family at a time to helping several hundred at each food distribution. They feel passionately that it is each of our responsibility to make the difference in the lives of others.
