Mission: Children’s Health Foundation improves the health of children through its support of research, education and care at the Oklahoma Health Center.
Target demographics: sick and injured children in Oklahoma
Direct beneficiaries per year: More than 271,000 patient encounters
Geographic areas served: All 77 counties in Oklahoma
Programs: Programs include medical research in cancer, diabetes, infectious disease, lung disease, kidney disease, childhood development and psychology, genetics, care of critically ill newborns, and pediatric surgery. Although our research teams are located in Oklahoma City; their efforts are collaborated nationwide helping children far beyond our state's borders. We sponsor special projects that directly affect sick and injured children treated by Oklahoma's children's hospital physicians.
