Mission: To enhance the quality of life of medically fragile children by providing 24-hour healthcare services in a loving, family-centered home guided by the values of dignity, compassion, sharing and stewardship.
Programs: Provided 24-hour skilled care to medically fragile and technology dependent children from infancy through young adulthood. Services are available for children needing long term, transitional, respite and end of life care. In fye 6/30/17 children's country home provided 35,880 hours of care to 9 medically fragile children.
