Services approximately 1,429 children annually.

the healthy start program objective is to reduce infant mortality, improve pregnancy outcomes and to enhance the health and development of children from birth to age three. The program offers outreach to pregnant women, women of childbearing age and children from birth to age three. Also it offers prenatal screenings to identify pregnant women and children who are at risk for adverse birth, health and developmental outcomes.
