Childhood Cancer Careline is a highly dedicated group of people who help the families of children with cancer cope with everyday life. At the end of the month when funds are low, CCC helps the families with gas cards, rent supplements or simply rides to the doctor. They help with groceries or medical equipment or maybe just a caring shoulder to cry on. The myriad ways they help are too numerous to list here. When I select charities or non-profits to support, I always look for those which help children. Children's lives should be carefree and children should not get cancer. Childhood Cancer Careline helps the children and their families face the unfair hurdle of childhood cancer.
