· Setting reasonable stretch performance goals, providing constructive, balanced, regulate performance feedback, and conducting annual performance appraisals

Did you not read my resume (MANAGEMENT what does managers and owners do)

· Budget (oh really!!! Where does that say that in my resume, unless you have no clue. Ha putting out there!!

· Leadership (Really, what is management and running a business. I’m sorry but working in the public is hardest field and to manage out there.

· Assign duties (Really you don’t say! How many years I have done that!!

· Associate degree (What do degrees do have I would say three. Lucky number 3

· Working with kids That would be volunteer work, no paying jobs, coaching sports, para in schools and sub. Oh I have kids and not just one!! My oh my Sorry didn’t go to school for teacher can I teach Yes!!!

· Knowledge of what child in that setting needs, I was that child!!
