Mission: We strive to ensure the safety and well-being of children, youth, adults, and families in times of crisis, challenge, and life transition.
Programs: The foster care programs provided 29,866 days of care to 200 children in northern michigan.
the adoption program provides governmental and private adoption placements. A total of 50 placements took place during the fiscal year ended september 30, 2017.
the various couseling programs provided counseling services to abused children, families and perpetrators, at-risk youth and to pregnant women.
crisis intervention, counseling, and group services for situations including, but not limited to suicide, substance abuse, developmental issues, emotional distress and problems of youth and their families, offering several alternatives, working with runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.
