Causes: Community & Neighborhood Development, Economic Development, Food, Food, Agriculture & Nutrition, Mental Health, Substance Abuse Treatment
Mission: Our mission is to REACH our community ONE person at a time by connecting them to resources that lead towards overcoming poverty, addiction, homelessness, human trafficking, and hunger.
Results: 2500 individuals served monthly
Target demographics: homeless, addicted, at risk youth, and low income families gain access to food and resources
Geographic areas served: Chicago
Programs: Outreach - provides services and resources to under served individuals/families who do not have access to necessary resources.
housing - housing and support services for women and adolescent girls.
human trafficking efforts - awareness and advocacy, outreach and rescue, recovery and housing support programs.
