Cherish foundation is the only foundation I’ve seen where it has a family bond. I don’t like to use the word orphans as the children there are not orphans anymore they have a beautiful family built by their caring, loving, inspiring……’DADDY’. Am happy to have known cherish for over half a decade now..

I am proud to be a part of Cherish Family, it has been two years that I was introduced to cherish foundation by one of my brothers, I still remember my first visit to Cherish, and I was surprised by their
1. Hospitality
2. English Speaking skills
3. Hygiene.
Then I came to realize that the quality of education that is given to them, 50 children are staying at Cherish.

Daddy( Founder of Cherish Foundation) has created an atmosphere that every child should grow up in every aspect of their life, He is a great man of Humility and very passionate to transform the lives of children.
No words for his dedication, and love towards children.
As someone said, "We go to places like this to give something but from Cherish Family, we take something back with us."
I always go to Cherish not only to do something for them but to learn something from them.

I thought it myself that I may not be able to do as Daddy ( David Subrahmanyam Gaaru) is doing for the past 18 years but I decided to strengthen his hands.

In my opinion, Orphan people are not orphans they are God-given people to Us and it is Our responsibility to take care of them.

I was regularly visiting this foundation since 3yrs. All that ive experienced is love , care and support. Children here gets great encouragement and attention toward extra curricular activities. As the name itself says cherish which means love and care, it really means it. Everyone in cherish are my bros and sisters. Every moment is a sweet memories to me.

First time I've visited Cherish home was 10 years ago and since then I admire all the children who are aspiring and working hard to accomplish good careers. I myself and infact many others have seen the good results of their hard work in their conduct, studies, music, sports, cultural activities etc. Some of these kids stood first and achieved top ranks in their schools and colleges, many kids learned and can play musical instruments, almost everyone is good at sports and cultural activities.

The founder and caretaker of Cherish home is very simple man with great vision and goals for the kids. His commitment in raising these children is inspiring to them and people outside.

Over the years I've learned many things from these children and I'm inspired in many ways. I humbly request others to visit Cherish home once and provide support in your best ability for the betterment of the children future and careers.

Very well organised and caring place for the children. I have never seen anyone feeling that they are orphans, during my personal visits. I have always found them happy and confident. They have been taken care with good education, nourishment, teaching them how to depend on God. They have been empowered with different skills in addition to their studies. He has been doing a great job overall with a great burden and passion which God has laid on him.

Cherish is a place where I wud really cherish there,the atmosphere there is full of love & peace,children there are very kind & loving,once I visited a house,one lady shared with,even in our houses our children are not eating such a good food as cherish children,& their dresses.I feel it is like a heaven on earth,it is more than a home.I wish if every person had a father's heart like bro David,this world wud b different, I wish from my hear t cherish peace,prosperity, abundance & happiness.

I've been seeing the Cherish Children for atleast 8 years from now. They have grown up to greater heights(both physically and spiritually). Credit goes to Brother David who has been taking care of them more than a father. I'm sure, these kids are fortunate enough now and do not think they are orphans at all. Brother David has unleashed each and every child with their hidden talents. I'm proud to say that they have also started to serve the needy by becoming part of 'Leo Club of Cherish' under the parenthood of Lions Club of Secunderabad Ramakrishnapuram of District 320B.

Our family is closely attached to Cherish and we do Cherish all good memories that we had with them.

I had been associated with CHERISH Foundation for the time I was in Hyderabad. When I met children at CHERISH, I felt that Mr. David was trying his best to give a quality life to each and every child at CHERISH HOME. All the kids at CHERISH are provided with good education, nice sporting facilities. At the same time they are being groomed for Extra Curricular activities as well. I have spent several quality fun-filled moments with children and its feels great to work for such a wonderful cause. Cherish foundation has been helping hundreds of homeless kids around hyderabad India to get a life that they deserve. I am blessed to be able to help this organization. May God bless the team who are the reason for the smiles on these kids faces. Keep up the good work.

Few relationship are so close and special that we do not remember how long we are been a part of it. Since few years I am associated with Cherish. From long time I wanted to get associated with an NGO where I can play some small role and help the needy people. I came across Cherish one fine day, visited Cherish few times, met the children, felt really happy and realized somewhere the sense of responsibility that I have towards them. the Org is small hence need more help. My satisfaction that I could personally get associated with Cherish encouraged me to take my next step and I decided to take the responsibility of a child's monthly sponsorship and helping in their school needs once a year. I know my contribution in not too big. But I want to share this hoping that someone would get inspire and feel the happiness that I feel every month when I fulfill my responsibility. I think we should play our part when people like David sir has contributed whole life towards Cherish. Of course we cant do what David Sir is doing,but we can help him by helping those children.

In 2011 I had the privilege of spending time with the staff and children of the Cherish Foundation. The Cherish Foundation is a Christian Orphanage that is preparing young children to take their place in the new Indian Economy. They do this by providing a nurturing environment based on the Love of Christ and through a focus on education. These Children are loved, looked after and provided the adult attention that they require to mature into mature caring adults.

I am in awe of how much David is able to do with the funds that he has. I urge anyone reading this review to consider providing some support to Cherish, these children are worthy of your contribution and will benefit enormously from your gift.

I visited back in 2008 and I only spent a short time with David, his wife, staff and children, but it was wonderful to see the dedicated work they do in bringing up the children in the knowledge of God's love for them. We experienced such hospitality and the children seemed so happy and settled there. In fact, it would have been wonderful to have spent more time with them... maybe in the future.

This charity/orphanage is run on a shoestring by a humble and truly dedicated man with vision. There are 35 children of various ages in the orphanage and their aim is to give each child a good start and a real chance in life. The children's stories are all different but very sad.

It was a pleasure on my last visit to India to see the children in their own surroundings, and to see how the orphanage functions. The children are extremely polite, well behaved, and courteous.

The aim is that each child when it leaves the orphanage will have a profession to follow in life.

David Subramanyam is humble man, dedicated and vision oriented, its really a home, loving and god fearing children.

The Cherish Foundation is a wonderful charity that upholds the values and compassion that God would insist on by caring for orphans, widows, the poor etc... David always makes every effort to communicate with those who donate, God bless this charity and it's workers.

Cherish Foundation is a wonderful home for children run by David Subramanyam, a very humble man who has dedicated his life to helping those that come into his care. All the children are happy, well-behaved and polite, studious and grateful for all they have (which is so little!). What these children need more than anything, in my opinion, is a home of their own. They are living in a run-down property that is being lent to them free of charge but they could be evicted at short notice. I can't even imagine how they could manage if that were to happen. The idea terrifies me when I think of the dangers that the children could be exposed to. I know Cherish extremely well and all I can say is that these children need to stay together as a family under David's care so that they can continue to thrive. A new home would ideally be twice as large so that another 35 children could benefit from this incredibly loving and caring environment. The children pray daily for a home of their own and my dream is to start a non-profit for this purpose. If anyone reading this would be willing to help, David can give you my contact information and I'll keep you informed.

The staff at Room to Grow are devoted to supporting new families and changing their experiences of parenthood by offering guidance, encouragement and care as well as a magnificent array of material goods. As a consultant to the clinical staff I have been impressed by the knowledge, thoughtfullness and joy that the clinical staff bring to their work with families.

Dedicated for little children called orphans- a great organization, service done on mission mode giving these children them a proper life and who no longer would be orphans here.

I have been to this organization few times and I celebrated my son and wife birth day here. I interacted with children and they are growing very well in a good environment. They have shown their love and affection. It's great joy, happiness moments to spend time with children.

One Fine day i got some information from one of my friend that they had visited an orphanage(almost 30 kids present) and spent some time with the kids, which really changed the way, we look at life. They have so little still no complains, full cooperation between them and zeal to do something better in life. As per as our concern we have good families, great parents, opportunities still we complain, we fight, etc... Lots more to learn in life... I thought, and i requested my friend to plan one more visit, as i want to visit this place and do some donation, First time i have just donated Rs 2500 (not in the form of cash, but brought some rice, dal, and other daily consumables for the kids and care takers). We visited cherish orphanage and it was really great feeling, i felt so lucky for all that i have in my life, got from my parents, at the same time felt guilty that we don't even think much for those who are under privileged, thought this is not enough, i should keep coming here & donate something within my capacity! There was a guy Mr. David taking complete responsibility of the kids, absolutely great personality, what a man! By listening his complete story, I felt God is present in some form to care these kids! he is really a inspirational guy. Also he had some good friends who do regularly help him. So that's it After some time again we have planned a visited CHERISH. This time i have donated Rs 4500(rice, dal and other daily consumables). i felt everyone has at least should have some moral responsibility to visit such places and share some time with the special kids. I know very well my donations are very less, still am planning to regularize it and do as much as i can. "Visiting CHERISH and spending some time was absolutely a great experience"

The are doing a very good job, and the're very noce with the kids. but they needs a lot of things..

I had visited cherish foundations old age home in 2011 on behalf of an organization called YUVA. We had come to celebrate children's day with the inmates of the orphanage. We were really happy to see that the place was well managed, children were healthy and happy and were getting good education and facilities. We enjoyed a lot along with the children and it was really a wonderful experience.

In a country like India, with so many children in need, it is easy for angels to get lost...Cherish is a haven for children in need of a family, love, shelter, food, education and hope. David is a man who has dedicated his life to helping these kids, and they love him unconditionally. I am blessed to know this man and will continue to support his cause even when I leave this country.

This Charitable organization is definitely one of the most active organizations doing charitable work in the field of taking care of orphans and poor children in the community. There are children who actively go to school, take care of their neighbourhood and are active in religious activity including conducting service. Its one of the best run charities that I have seen in and around the city. It is definitely a very big contender for the top rated awards for 2012. All the best to Cherish Foundation.
