the second production was the manhattan premiere of the intimate a distant love: songs of john and abigail adams by gary s. Fagin and terry quinn. The work is drawn from the letters exchanged by these iconic patriots during johns time in amsterdam where he labored to secure financial support for the revolution against great britain. Victoria tralongo and peter kendall clark were accompanied by the chelsea opera string quartet. The show required no set and in the classic and acoustically superb christ & st. Mr. Wenzelberg is orchestrating 20 minutes of the first act of about half for a concert performance planned for january 2014 in collaboration with the bloomingdale school of music.
