The administration and staff at Chaves County CASA is AMAZING! Always helpful, always supportive, always there, and the CASA dogs program is really special. I was a volunteer years ago and my experiences were some I will never forget, working with children from Assurance Home, and helping a child on her way to Emancipation from a horrible home situation. The Chaves County CASA program is a blessing to Roswell and Chaves County. They really do care about children and families.

I rate it a 0! How can the volunteer not respond to a child going home after a visit with dad even pics were sent but will respond to the father complaining he didn't get to see his child. And volunteer ask for a emergency court hearing and gets it in a week. And judge says father is to have child over night! No pics sent to judge. Dr verified it was abuse. So tell me where is this program for children? This program is suppose to be for the child not the abuser or abusers! Open case with CYFD and it doesn't matter. I have contacted the Governor and will be going to newspaper. My granddaughter will not be a statistic because of bias and people who don't care but act like they do. Not once has she been on my 2 year old granddaughter side. She is helpless. But we will be her voice. I feel volunteer knows him in one way or other. We have emails where we never get responses. First pinces all over her little body Dr ask father his response he doesn't know, scratch, on her chest, and now slap marks and scratches. What's next? Where is justice for a innocent 2 year old?
