Chasing Chad is truly an amazing non profit organization. My story starts with my husband Jeff was having issues back in May with short term memory loss and after many months of tests, scans, biopsy's he was diagnosed on Aug 9, 2017 with Astrocytoma and was told it was very diffused and not operable. The brain cancer moved very quickly and he passed away on September 12, 2017 One day after our 19th wedding anniversary. As you can imagine, our life was turned upside down and inside out. We have a great support group of family and friends but I feel that Chasing Chad made a huge difference financially and emotionally to our children and myself. I have been struggling to find the right words to express the gratitude and love that I have for this organization. You have touched our lives and found a ray of sunshine in a time that we were found locked in those storm clouds. My husbands journey with this devastating cancer was difficult and want you to know that your kindness and support has helped lessen the stress and sadness that comes from losing a loved one. My husbands niece and fiance are very involved with your non profit organization and they have shown me through your website and information how many lives you touch daily. I am proud to be part of this journey with you and am eternally grateful to your organization. I have passed your mission and visions on to others and hope that they find the love and hope that I found in learning about Chasing Chad ! Again thank you from the bottom of my heart Always "Sturm Stong" Shelly Sturm and Children
