It has the utmost integrity and transparency. The local families are benefitting tremendously from the collective efforts from staff & volunteers. The events are super fun & well organized. I have been a volunteer myself as well as monitor my group of student volunteers for several years at various events. It is great to know that we are impacting the lives of those within our local community. We are truly grateful for the partnership and will continue to support this wonderful organization.

I an honored to volunteer for an organization that helps hearts heal. Children and their Families who are experiencing the worst possible situations imaginable. The numerous fundraisers assist with a variety of provisions bringing smiles to the affected and to the entire family unit in any way necessary to just make it a little easier! Amazing powerful organization !!

Volunteering with Chasin a Dream Foundation has been the best experience. When I moved to Florida, I knew I wanted to become involved with an organization. When I was told about this one and received the brochure, I knew this was the one for me. As a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner, helping those with life threatening illnesses is my life. But the patients and families need so much more that healthcare providers provide. I love volunteering to raise money to meet the extras needs of these children facing illnesses. I leave every event with a warm heart and meeting new friends (volunteers) that are passionate about the same thing that I am.

Volunteering with Chasin a Dream has been a personally rewarding experience. Knowing that all funds and donations stay in our area, seeing the warrior families participate in events and working with an impressive team of leaders and volunteers have contributed to this positive experience. Chasin A Dream foundation is based on the premise of locals helping locals. The CEO Lori Griffith, is amazing and works tirelessly with her very small fabulous staff and a host of volunteers who all strive to help children and their families who are suffering with severe life threatening illnesses. I recently moved to Florida for six months out of the year and was trying to find a way to give
back to the community. I found out about this amazing foundation as I am recently retired from corporate giving and philanthropy. I was happy to lend my time and expertise as part of the annual gala committee. The foundation really appreciates their volunteers and I urge anyone who wants to get involved with an exceptional nonprofit who is doing miraculous work for the community to join in and help in any small way they can. Locals helping locals. And you will also make fabulous new friends while giving back your time and expertise. Unforgettable memories!

I have volunteered for many nonprofits in my lifetime. I can honestly say this has been one of my favorites. Not only is a great cause for the children and the families but the Foundation makes the Volunteers feel like they are actually part of the foundation and not "Just" a volunteer.
Everyone including the founder Lori is hands-on. She works so very hard to make every event or whatever they are involved in a total success. When you watch her speak with the families and the children who are ill, you see how she eludes the love she has for them. You can sense it is heartfelt.
This is a local organization that was needed and anyone who wants to help children with devasting illnesses and help the parents cope should get involved. I personally plan to volunteer whenever I can and as often as possible. Chasin A Dream is truly a fantastic non-profit and makes one realize Dreams can be obtained.

I had first gotten involved with this amazing foundation when I took note of them doing awesome things in the community for families of children undergoing stressful medical conditions. Then unfortunately my own child got Leukemia. Chasin' a Dream was right there to guide me and give much needed support during this time. They go above and beyond for their families and these kids. Trying to help them get through their treatment and recovery however the best need help. It is a very underserved population I sadly came to realize and feel so fortunate to have connected with them and their support.

Chasin a Dream is truly a wonderful organization. The assistance it brings to the kids and families who need it is heartwarming. I met Lori Griffith, the founder, heard her story as to why she founded this organization and I was completely enamored with it. I have been volunteering ever since. So much hard work goes into the events that Chasin a Dream organizes and the families who benefit from them are always so grateful and appreciative. Chasin A Dream provides support to local families. It is a much-needed non-profit. Families dealing with the challenges of chronic illness and disability need help. Chasin A Dream provides the support, love, and attention many of these families need. In addition, the fundraisers such as the Santa Brunch, Pumpkinfest, and the Walk as Warriors Fashion Show bring the community together It is an outstanding non-profit! Finally, many volunteers support the organization which provides people an avenue to contribute and give back to their local community.

Knowing that I may have brightened a child's day or helped relieve a parent's burden just a bit is why I love this foundation. When you offer to help out at Chasin A Dream, you become part of the entire experience. Not only do you hear about the families that you are helping, you get to know them by name and actually become part of their story. The fact that we are helping families in the immediate community creates a personal connection like no other. Lori and her team have the most amazing hearts and always figure out a way to satisfy the needs of this growing community. I am honored to have a small part in it.

I have truly loved volunteering for Chasin a Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children who are facing life threatening illnesses and disabilities. I started volunteering for Chasin a Dream a few years ago and have loved helping them at their events. Seeing the effect they have on children in the local community is truly heartwarming. We first became involved with Chasin A Dream when my kids volunteered to help decorate boxes for their Christmas toy drive. We have gotten more involved every year, helping out at some of their other terrific events such as Pumpkinfest, a yearly Halloween themed fundraiser.

Their mission to provide life-changing assistance to families with kids facing life-threatening illnesses is exactly what they do, letting families focus on what is most important - their child getting well. We have been inspired and moved meeting so many of these strong families who have been helped in ways large and small with housing, transportation assistance, provision of trained services animals, or direct financial aid.

Lori, the founder, has assembled a highly capable, organized, and motivated group that is the reason this meaningful charity continues to get better and increase its impact every year. When you hear the stories of how the charity started you understand why the group is so committed to helping these families as much as they possibly can, which is demonstrated by the fact that over 94% of donations last year (2022) went directly to their programs to support families in need.

I first witnessed the amazing impact Chasin A Dream Foundation had on children and their families when I attended the We Rock as Lions fashion show, luncheon event. I was so impressed by the children and families involved and how much this charity helped out the children and families with their individual needs during a difficult and sometimes terminal illness, that I volunteered immediately so I could help in any way, continue the incredible work and help that Chasin A Dream offers! They continue to find innovative and impactful ways to help our local community families where and when they need it most, even and especially during a pandemic such as we are living now! We are truly blessed to have this Charitable Foundation.
