Causes: Education, Health, Health Care, LGBT Centers, LGBTQ
Mission: To reduce health and healthcare disparities for the transgender and gender diverse (TGD) community by increasing accessibility to competent, gender-affirming healthcare through educating healthcare professionals and offering programming that reduces cost barriers to accessing care.
Results: The Providing Access to Trans Healthcare (PATH) has provided access to free case management, medical, and mental health services for over 130 people since July 2023.

Direct beneficiaries per year: over transgender and gender diverse individuals through PATH and hundreds through our network of providers' individual practices
