Mission: The charleston trident association of realtors (ctar) with its members serve as the region's trusted source for real estate information. Working in partnership with our members and the community, we protect private property rights, enforce professional standards, advocate for higher education requirements and encourage technological advancements within the industry.
Programs: Educational seminars and workshops are provided for members. Programs are designed to keep members current on recent developments in real estate. Membership meetings are conducted for members to keep them current on new developments and changes in the real estate industry. The association runs a real estate school for education and training of members and prospective members. The school enables realstors to obtain the required courses and hours to take the real estate exam and required continuing education courses.
